On iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings โ [Your Name] โ Subscriptions, find Chillpy or Capy Plus, then tap "Cancel Subscription." Your Plus benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.
On Android: Open Google Play โ Menu โ Subscriptions, find Chillpy, and tap "Cancel."
First, close and reopen the App โ purchases sometimes need a moment to sync. If leaves still haven't appeared after 5 minutes, email us at support@chillbara.app with your Apple/Google order number and we'll fix it manually.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, contact Google Play support within 48 hours of purchase for an automatic refund, or later through Google's help center.
Streaks reset if you miss a full calendar day without completing any rituals. We don't manually restore streaks, but we're working on a streak-protect feature for Capy Plus members. Hang in there โ your bond with Capy doesn't reset! ๐
Go to the Friends tab and tap "Add Friend." You'll need their unique friend tag (it looks like NAME1234). Your own tag is shown at the top of the Friends screen.
You can delete your account from Settings โ Account โ Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days. Alternatively, email us at support@chillbara.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, check your internet connection โ the app needs connectivity on first load. If none of that works, uninstall and reinstall (your progress is saved to your account in the cloud).
Yes! Log in with the same account on any device and all your progress, leaves, and refuge customization will sync automatically.
