By downloading, installing, or using Chillpy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZenDevs ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of Chillpy (bundle ID: com.zendevs.vibebara).
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules of the applicable platform (Apple App Store or Google Play).

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
The App includes two types of in-game currency: Green Leaves (earned through gameplay) and Golden Leaves (purchased with real money or earned through subscription). Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App.
Golden Leaves and Capy Plus subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are processed by the respective platform and subject to their terms and refund policies.
Capy Plus is an auto-renewing subscription available monthly ($1.99/month) or annually ($19.99/year). By subscribing:
If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you will forfeit all virtual currency and items without refund.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Some features allow you to create content (custom habit names, messages to friends, etc.). You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display it within the App to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for content you share through social features. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is reported as abusive.
The App, including its name "Chillpy", the Capy character design, all artwork, animations, user interface design, and underlying code, are owned by ZenDevs and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the App described in Section 2.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenDevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency or items, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ends and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The App offers an optional feature called Chat with Capy, an AI-powered conversational companion. Use of this feature is governed by these Terms and by the additional rules in this section.
Capy is a wellness companion based on mindfulness practices. Its purpose is to invite the user to engage in well-being activities such as breathing, meditation, journaling, emotion logging, walks, rest, and gratitude.
Capy is not any of the following, and you agree that you will not rely on Capy for any of them:
Capy will not recommend, prescribe, suggest dosages of, or provide opinions about medications, supplements, or specific treatments. Capy will not diagnose mental health, psychological, or medical conditions, even if you ask it to or describe your own symptoms.
You are solely responsible for seeking professional help when you need it. Nothing said by Capy should be interpreted as professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any decision related to your physical or mental health.
Chat with Capy is a paid feature. Access can be obtained through:
Exact allowances may change over time. We may rate-limit, throttle, or temporarily suspend the chat feature to protect service stability or to prevent abuse, without prior notice.
By using Chat with Capy, you agree not to:
The App will refuse, filter, or replace responses that fall outside Capy's wellness scope, and may suspend access for users who repeatedly attempt to misuse the feature.
The Chat with Capy feature is powered by a third-party large language model ("LLM") service operated by Google ("Google AI / Gemini"). By using the chat, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
To generate Capy's responses, the App sends the following information to the third-party AI provider:
We do not send your email address, real name, friend tag, friend connections, social messages, in-app purchase history, the content of any journal entry you have marked as private, or any of your intentions and reflections (regardless of their privacy setting — these are deeply personal introspective practices and never leave the App).
The third-party AI provider processes the data sent in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. You should review them before using the chat:
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or otherwise inappropriate. You should use your own judgment and never act on Capy's responses without independent verification, especially in matters that affect your health, safety, finances, or relationships.
The first time you open the Chat with Capy screen, you will be asked to explicitly accept that (a) Capy is not a health professional, and (b) your chat content is processed by a third-party AI provider. You cannot use the chat until you accept. You can revoke your consent at any time by deleting your chat history from within the App; future use will require accepting again.
We may change AI providers or models at any time without prior notice if it improves service quality, reduces cost, or is necessary for legal or operational reasons. We will update this section to reflect the active provider.
Beyond the limitation of liability described in Section 9, we are not liable for outputs produced by the third-party AI provider, nor for any decision you make based on Capy's responses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, via an in-app notification.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Argentina.
